The huge sand dunes separating the Indian ocean  from the hotel and the endless calm Waters of the Indian ocean on one side and on the other the dense Forest of Yala  gives this particular  hotel a sense of tranquility wild boars which roam in the hotel grounds in numbers are a common sight at dusk it's not advisable to venture out after dusk due to wild elephants which roam about , the park itself is a wild enthuses dream  elephants,  leopards, Crocs,sloth bears jackals  Forest and water birds are  some of the wildlife found here but a see always you need plenty of luck and lots of patience to spot wildlife.

The fort at Galle which has been  declared a world heritage site by UNESCO is one of the most important tourist attractions in Sri Lanka .The maze of narrow streets as well as the old buildings which has plenty of history dating back to the occupation of the Portuguese , Dutch,as well as the English is a artitectures dream . The restored buildings have been converted into chic boutique hotels which fetch premium prices and are never in need of new client's . Anyone visiting Sri Lanka should make it a point to visit Galle  if  not it would be a great pity that you  would have missed a vibrant part of the island.
